Terms & Conditions for Art Submission
1. Eligibility & Authenticity
- All submitted paintings must be 100% original works, created by the submitting artist.
- No AI-generated, copied, or plagiarized art will be accepted.
- Artists must provide proof of authenticity (e.g., work-in-progress photos, sketches, or certificates if available).
2. Submission Process
- Digital Submissions (for review):
- High-resolution images (JPEG/PNG).
- No watermarks or filters that distort the original artwork.
- Physical Submissions (if selected)
- Paintings must be properly packed to prevent damage.
- Artist must include a signed certificate of authenticity.
3. Rights & Ownership
- Artist retains full copyright unless a separate licensing agreement is signed.
- By submitting, the artist grants the company non-exclusive rights to display the work for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolios).
-No commercial reproductions (prints, merchandise, etc.) will be made without a separate agreement.
4. Selection & Rejection
- The company reserves the right to reject any submission without explanation.
- If accepted, the company will notify the artist via email.
- Rejected works will have digital files deleted unless the artist requests a return (for physical pieces, return shipping is at the artist’s expense).
5. Sales & Commission
- If the artwork is sold, Payments to artists will be processed within 30 working days after the buyer’s payment clears.
- Pricing must be agreed upon before listing, (artist has final approval).
6. Shipping & Liability
- For physical submissions:
- Artist is responsible for safe shipping to the company once the order is confirmed within specific time duration
- The company covers insured return shipping if unsold.
- The company is not liable for damage during transit unless due to their negligence.
7. Prohibited Content
- No hateful, illegal, or NSFW content without prior approval.
- No misleading claims about materials or techniques used.
8. Termination & Withdrawal
- Artists may withdraw submissions with 10 days’ notice
- The company may remove artwork from display/sale for violations of these terms.
9. Legal & Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: Indian Penal code
- Disputes resolved via mediation or arbitration before litigation.
10. Acceptance
-By submitting artwork, the artist agrees to these terms and conditions.
